We roast every Monday - Wednesday.

• Orders placed between 10am Wednesday and 9am Monday will be roasted on Monday.
• Orders placed between 10am Monday and 9am Tuesday will be roasted on Tuesday. 
• Orders placed between 10am Tuesday and 9am Wednesday will be roasted on Wednesday.

Shipping

Coffees are bagged & shipped the same day they are roasted  from our friendly neighborhood post office.  This way you can have them fresh before the weekend. Our go-to shipper is USPS. Let us know if you would prefer a different carrier.
